Time: The meeting was opened at 7PM by Vern Robinson, on behalf of our Youth Director, Jeff Edgarton and Dom Maio due to heavy snow and bad weather.

Secretary’s Report: No one reported on the September meeting because our Club Secretary, Matthew Mitchell was not available.

Treasurer’s Report: Dustin Robinson did not report as the check book was in the review and update process.

Tournament Director’s Report: Our Tournament Director, Ryan Friscia reported and it was voted on by the membership that every angler that participated in the tournament held at Corky's Pond would be worth 20 points. Ryan also reported that we will be holding (4) four more tournaments in 2009, all to be completed before June 20, 2009.

Vern Robinson projected and asked for a vote to hold our annual Club Banquet on Sunday, January 18, 2009.  It was voted on and approved.  The banquet will begin at 6PM.

 BOATER SAFETY COURSE, was discussed and everyone needing to be certified must have in completed early in 2009.

Vern also spoke on behalf of Dom Maio regarding the Fishing Jackets proposed by Bass Pro Shop.  The latest information we have is that the jackets are definitely on hold and that because of the poor economy, they may not be made available.

Please be sure YOU have supported the bottle & can drive!  We will continue to collect and ask for YOUR dollars from this function. 

The Fund raising committee has suggested we review and discuss Candy Bars in 2009 for raising money.

BassPro has requested that we consider returning to Auburn on Sunday, December 14th.
