Club Attendees: Junior club members attending this February meeting were; Nicholas Baxter, Dustin Robinson, Devon Robinson, Jake Drabot, Nick Sokolowski, Billy Easterly, Dustin Elsner, Trevor Parker, Josh Cates-Bishop and Chris Crandall.  The parents of Dominick Krause and Robert Waller attended on the child's behalf as the youngsters could not attend.

Secretary’s Report:  Nick Sokolowski accepted his new position as Club Secretary at our banquet meeting in January.

Nick asked the membership if there were any changes or additions to the minutes of January's banquet meeting and no revisions were noted.  A motion to accept the minutes was made, the motion was approved and seconded.

Treasurer’s Report:  Dustin Robinson reported that our treasury had a total of $1,367.85 in the bank after all the deposits were made and that a check to BASS was paid in the amount of $150.00.  After the report was read, a motion to accept the report was made, the motion was seconded and the treasurers report was accepted as read.

Tournament Director’s Report:  The was no tournament director's report as our elected tournament director Ryan Friscia, stepped down.

Youth Director’s Report:  Y/D Jeff Edgarton was unable to attend the meeting due to illness.

Old Business:  Dom Maio mentioned that he ordered tournament shirts for our new members.  These shirts were ordered from our generous sponsor Bass Pro Shop in Auburn, NY.   We expect that the shirts will be in shortly.

Dom Maio asked the members to sign the sheet that was being sent around, if they thought they would attend and work our "Bass Pro Weekend" Fund Drives.  This drive is to help raffle off $1.00 tickets for someone to win the autographed paddle signed individually by the BASS Elite Series Pro anglers when they competed in the Majors Tournament on Oneida Lake.  Bobbie Lynn Johnson and Christa Harvey of Wal-Mart in Central Square were kind enough to donate the paddle to our club to be used as a fund raiser.

Members also voted that the ticket raffle would end on the final Sunday of our Fund Drive while at Bass Pro and the winner would be picked in the final hour.

Members also voted to participate once again in the Canal Clean Sweep program hosted by Albany's Parks & Trails NY.  The clean-up campaign will be along the canal route on Saturday, April 17th and Sunday, April 18th.

Dom Maio also discussed the Annual Mountain Goat Run and the benefits to our club from this Fund Raiser.  He sent around a sign-up sheet for members willing to participate on the six (6) Saturdays prior to the final (Race Day) Sunday.  This effort of distributing drinks and clean-up will only take a few hours out of each day.

New Business:  Dom discussed the three (3) open positions as officers of the club and then followed by detailing the requirements for each position.

He asked for volunteers to these positions and the following members stepped up.

Dustin Elsner accepted the position of president, Trevor Parker accepted the position of Vice President and Josh Cates-Bishop accepted the position of Tournament Director.

WELCOME ABOARD in your new and respective positions.

These elections were fully accepted by the membership.

Meeting adjourned:  8:30PM.
