           Good Ole Boys Bass Club

Date:  Tuesday evening, August 25, 2009.

Time:  The meeting was opened at 5:00PM by our clubs president Mitchell Jones and club advisor Dom Maio.

President's Report: Mitchell Jones opened the meeting by acknowledging that this was to be a brief meeting and that at the conclusion of the meeting, all members were traveling to Gulliver's Pond for the kick-off to our 2010 Tournament year with our first points tournament. 

The next 2010 shore-line tournament is scheduled for Gulliver's Pond again, on September 22 at 5PM.

Club Attendees: Club members attending this August meeting were; Mitchell Jones, Ryan Friscia, Nicholas Baxter, Dustin Robinson, Devon Robinson, Raymond Bentz, Jake Drabot, Nick Sokolowski, Dan Mitchell, Matt Mitchell, Billy Easterly, Trevor Parker and Coty Atkinson.  Club members with excellent attendance records will be funded accordingly at years end.

Secretary’s Report:  Matthew Mitchell was not present at the past few club meetings, so there were no minutes taken therefore no minutes were recorded or read.

Treasurer’s Report:  Dom Maio reported on behalf of club treasurer, Dustin Robinson and he reported on the individual checks that were written out to the boaters etc, along with the club deposits.  He stated that our treasury had a total of $450.55. in the bank.  Individual members did combine their efforts for a total of $105.00 worth of bottle and can drives.  After the report was read, a motion to accept the report was made, the motion was seconded and the treasurers report was accepted as read.

Tournament Director’s Report:  Our TD, Ryan Friscia did not make the meeting early enough so no report was given.

Youth Director’s Report:  Jeff Edgarton reported that a new schedule with modifications will be forthcoming for the three 2010 New York State Tournaments and that our members will be notified once the information and dates are revealed.
