   Jr. Bass Club Meeting

Advisor, Jeff Edgarton opens the meeting.

Elections were held and the following positions are filled:

President:  Kevin Hamon

Vice President: Mitchell Jones

Treasurer: Dustin Robinson

Secretary: (open)

Tournament Director: Ryan Friscia

Connell Raate led a great demo on Knot Tying with the assistance of Tom Hudson and Dick Hyde. Bennett's Auto Care donated key rings for the Juniors to use as lure props for this demonstration.

Tom Hudson presented the club with the weigh scale the senior club is donating to the juniors.

Dom Maio informed the group of all the fund raising opportunities he has lined up for the club to participate in.  The next project is the ticket sales at WalMart with the proceeds going to the BASS Majors dinner fund.  By doing this the Junior club is eligible for a $250 stipend from WalMart.  Additionally, Dom has applied for a grant on the Juniors behalf, the club is waiting to hear back on the grant.

Dom presented the club with this years t-shirt design. Shirts will be ready for the Walmart fund raising event and handed out to participants.

Drawings were held for door prizes

Tournament schedule options will be presented at the following meeting.

Club officers will have the opportunity to arrive at 6:30 for a half hour training session on running a meeting.
