Oneida Lake Qualifying Tournament

July 2nd 2007

Our first Junior Tournament was held Monday, July 2nd, from 6:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. . The weather greeted us with a perfect evening, 70 degrees, sunny, and a slight breeze. We had a tremendous turnout from the senior club who provided us with 9 boats. This allowed us to have some "one-on-one" teaching time with most of the juniors.

The following boaters volunteered their time & boats; Jack Loughrey, Connell Raate, Dick Hyde, Vern Robinson, Bill Kays, Tom Hudson, Dave Donhauser, Jeff Raner, Jeff Edgarton, with Guy Cromp and Jack Wilson leading the way on shore with the Minnows!

A good time was had by all!  Also a special thanks to Dom Maio who not only provided a boat, but acted as weigh-master as well.
